1. About Rozpay

Rozpay Digital Services (“Rozpay”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates an affiliate marketing platform through its website, mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, applicable campaign rules and other policies published by Rozpay.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law and provide accurate information. Rozpay may require verification for payments, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for accurate account information and confidential credentials. Rozpay may reject, suspend or terminate accounts involving false information, fraud, abuse or policy violations.

5. Affiliate Activities

Affiliates may receive tracking links, referral IDs, banners, coupons and other approved marketing materials. A commission or Profit becomes payable only when the relevant transaction or qualifying action satisfies campaign conditions and is validated/approved.

6. Commission and Validation

Displayed amounts may be pending, estimated or under review. Only validated/approved amounts constitute payable Profit. Profit may be rejected, reversed, adjusted or forfeited where the underlying transaction is refunded, cancelled, charged back, fraudulent, duplicated, improperly tracked, generated through prohibited activity, or otherwise violates applicable campaign conditions or these Terms.

7. Your Account — Minimum Profit Threshold and Withdrawal

Members may withdraw validated Profit when their validated Profit balance has reached the minimum withdrawal threshold of INR 10 (Indian Rupees Ten). If a Member closes the Account and the validated Profit is less than INR 10 at closure, the entire balance below the minimum threshold will be forfeited and will not be payable. If the validated Profit is INR 10 or more at closure, the Member may request payment through any Profit Receipt Method available on the Platform, subject to verification, payment processing, tax deductions, campaign validation and other applicable conditions.

Rozpay reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to forfeit or withhold validated balances where there are reasonable grounds relating to fraud, abuse, prohibited activity, chargebacks, duplicate or manipulated transactions, violation of these Terms, legal/regulatory requirements, or other reasons expressly provided elsewhere in this Agreement. The minimum threshold may be changed prospectively by Rozpay by updating the Platform or applicable policy.

8. Profit Receipt Methods and Payment Processing

Available Profit Receipt Methods may include payment methods displayed by Rozpay from time to time. Members must provide accurate payment details and complete required KYC/verification. Rozpay is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details, banking/payment-system failures, third-party processors or compliance reviews.
